just came from a dinner at the hard rock cafe (very good nachos and cocktails, awful punters), so i had to name it deep purple although i kinda hate hard rock. or, more precisely, am bored by the image of the bands and the predictability of most riffs.
really lovely yarn. it is half alpaca and half merino, i.e. the softest, warmest stuff commonly available these days. fells really good, knits up easy.
this is half the hat of course, i am not a granny.
